How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping: free on every order, 8 to 16 business days.
Express shipping: 3 to 9 business days. The fee is shown at checkout in your local currency (£5.99 in the UK).

The final options and prices are always shown at checkout before you pay.

How long does delivery take?

Processing: 1 to 3 business days to prepare and dispatch your order.
Standard shipping: 8 to 16 business days after dispatch.
Express shipping: 3 to 9 business days after dispatch.

Orders are shipped from our supplier's warehouse in China. Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels. These are estimates, and customs or carrier delays can occasionally add a few days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

How can I track my order?

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear.

Will I pay customs or import fees?

Some countries charge import duties, taxes or clearance fees. These are set by your country and are paid by the customer, unless the tax is collected at checkout, in which case you will see it before you pay. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.

How do refunds work? Do I need to send the item back?

You never need to send anything back. Email us within 30 days from delivery if:

the item arrived damaged;
you received the wrong item;
your order was not delivered within the maximum delivery time;
you are not happy with the product (please include a photo).

I live in the UK or the EU. Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel within 30 days from the day you receive your order, without giving a reason, and you do not need to return the goods. Use our online withdrawal form or email us.

How do I request a refund?

your order number;
the name and email used for the order;
a short description of the issue;
photos of the product and, if relevant, the packaging and label.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All available payment methods are shown securely at checkout, including major credit and debit cards and digital wallets such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Purchases appear on your statement as MANVYS.
